Systems
Key Benefits

System is a fancy sounding word and sometimes the result is an extraordinarily complex machine, instrument or process.  But "system" can also be a modest assembly, work cell or piece of equipment.  System design is the integration of varied disciplines, technologies and components to create a complete turn key operation.

Often system refers to a complete solution when considered from the client's perspective.  Our engineering goal is to provide the level of technology appropriate to the client's need.

Upgraded Control panel

The internal wiring of these new control panels is an example of a system rebuild and upgrade.  New panels, control housings and wiring replaced years of neglect and marginal maintenance with a reliable solution.  In similar fashion all the control wiring and chassis were replaced or rebuilt.

We have developed process systems requiring only a few square feet of bench space to create miniature semiconductor failure analysis probes and we have built (and rebuilt) process lines and machines stretching from wall to wall of an assembly facility.

Of course, some processes are a matter of selecting the best choices of machines and integrating them into a harmonious system.

Although we didn't build this power plant, we played an active role in equipment start-up tests, structural vibration analysis and "as built" verification and documentation.
